My greatest accomplishments are the children I have coached and watching them grow.  I have been fortunate enough to have been involved in some of their lives for over 23 years. I still talk to several players from my very first team.  I have had 3 softball players play on every softball team I have ever coached over 7 years.  I have watched some of my former players sign college letters, watch several drafted into the minor leagues, watched 1 player sign with the Tampa bay Buccaneers, and watched 1 get his Major league call up as a Pitcher for the Cleveland Guardians.  Just knowing that I played a very small part in their future fills my heart with Joy.
